We make long planes for future and invest our money in the market. We do this to get higher interest and amount on maturity. By doing so we start thinking that we have secure our future as everyone wants security. We all want to save more and more so that the accumulated money could be used in our children's education, studies and other necessities.

Everything goes smoothly if we are healthy and in a good condition. If we are healthy then our budget does not get disturbed and our expenses are met properly.   5. If you are suffering from any disease and specially if it is a contaminated and communicable one then try to isolate yourself and stop sharing things with other so as to prevent it from spreading.

What is Health Insurance?
We do not know when we can get ill or meet with an accident. Emergency can happen anytime not only with you but with your family members too. For example you have an health coverage of Rs. 100, 000/- for one year. During emergency you can take its benefit and get the medical bills reimbursed up to Rs. 100, 000/- one time or can claim more than one time whenever required in a year.

This can happen in two ways as below:

  1. You can pay the bill from your pocket and later on claim in the insurance company for the reimbursement.

  2. Another way is if you are hospitalized then insurance company can pay directly to the hospital. This is called cashless treatment.

Benefits of warm water in the morning

We all have heard many times that water brings magic to our life. Out body is made up of about 70% water. We need water to remain hydrated as we loose water from our body through many processess like presperation, urination, respiration. So to replenish we should drink water.

But the best way is to drink warm water. If you cannot drink the whole day then atleat should try to drink warm water first thing first in the morning. Atleast 3 glasses we should drink. After this we should wash our face. If possible then squeeze a juice of one lemon in warm water and add some honey to this. This mixture will help you in reducing your weight also. The face behind this is honey mixes with the hidden fat which doesnot come out of your body and helps it removing. Lemon also chemically helps in removing the weight.

The lemon is though very good for skin so if these three things are mixed together and taken first thing in the morning then you won't have to go for expensive weight loosing medicines and these do not have any side effects also.

You can give a try and atleast follow this practive for few days and feel the results your self.

Importance of stretching for a healthy body

It is a common thinking of people that they need to do hard physical activities only if want to lose fat from their body. They do not give importance to the little movements or stretching their bodies on daily basis. We normally spend a lot of hours while working in front of computers. Sitting idle makes our body lethargic and slow. This also tends increase in body weight.
To avoid this one should prevent sitting at one place for a long time and adopt few stretching exercises. Few tips are as follows:
(1) Stand up and rotate your arms in clockwise and then anticlockwise. Do this for 10 times each.
(2) Stand straight. Rotate your waist both clockwise and anti-clockwise as well.
(3) Move your neck towards right then left and then right again. Do this atleast 5 times. This stretches the neck muscles. As while working on computers it is neck muscles that get under tension much.
(4) When get time never loose any opportunity of moving your body. You can go to wash room and rotate your hands, waist in any way....if not then do 10-15 jumping there. No one is seeing you and your are doing good to your body.

care of skin during pregnancy

Pregnant woman should not only take good care of her health but also for her skin also. Body goes through a lot of hormonal changes during pregnancy which affect the skin and hair also. So these should also be cared about.

Few Skin care tips:

(1)During pregnancy wrinkles, develop on the skin. To avoid this Vitamin ‘E’ rich cream should be applied on the face. This is for dry skin ladies but if your skin is oily then should avoid using oil based cream instead wash your face 3-4 times at least in a day. As oily face develop pimples so keeping it dry and clean should be the first step in the facial care.

(2) Get regular facial done. This brings shining on the face and the same time you will feel relaxed also.

(3) Drink lot of water because this removes the toxins from your body and maintains.
(4) Apply ultra based sunscreen before leaving home. This prevents the skin from the harmful effects of sun.
(5) During pregnancy stretch marks get developed on stomach, thighs, back, which reduces the beauty. This happens because of the weight gain. To avoid this massage your skin with good quality oil daily.
