One should try to remain healthy for his long and happy life. If one is not healthy then he cannot enjoy his life fully. There are so many ways in which one can become healthy. One main distract in the way of healthiness is obesity. Obesity is the incease in the weight . This can happen due to genetic disprder also. Main reason of this is the eating disorder. Person suffering with obesity has higer risk of cardiovascular disorder. An obese person should avoid starchy foods in his diet. Moreover he should include exercises in his daily routine also. Starting from a small walk will also be beneficial.

Another way of remaining healthy is yoga. This is an ancient old practice orignated from india. It includes many asanas. Best timing of doing yoga is the morning time during sunrise. Mnay cds are also avaiable in the market on yoaga. Another thing is pilates also. For these also many books and cds are available in the market.

Third thing in being healthy is the diet control. Avaoiding oily food, sweets etc. in food can make you healthy and avoids healthy complications in the long run.

Overall avoiding stress and remaining happy is the most important way of remaining healthy.
