Healthy food and drinks

Now a days man has got very busy with his house and office job. He does not get enough time to look after his health. The bad affect of this is seen after few years. During that period the health gets on deteriorating. To avoid his one has to take care of his health and the food and diet that he is taking. There are so manyready to eat food diets and drinks are avaiable in the market. Few of the food items that one can have are:

(1) Fruits, salads which are rich in roughage, water, vitamins. Like watermelon is rich in water, orange is rich in vitamin c, salads are good in water content and have roughage in themselves which aids in digestion.
(2) Pulses, vegetables etc. Like pulses are ruchin protien, vegetables are rich invitamins, minerals water contents.
(3) A handful of nuts like cashewnuts, almonds etc. should be taken as they are rich in natural oils and minerals which are needed by the body for skin and proper functioning of its organs.
(4) You can try to have natural juice rather than canned juice as the former is fresh and can supply of better quality.
