In summer one has to face the daily heat of sun and sweating problem. Most of the diseases are also caused due to the water and food problem in summer. One should take care of his food habits and other things as mentioned below if he wants to get rid of the diseases.
(1) Take bath daily at least two times a day. Bathing not only removes the dirt, dust from your body but also cools your body by removing the sweat.
(2) Wash your face 3-4 times a day. Washing face becomes more important if your face is oily as oily skin attracts more dirt on to the face.
(3) The food should be light and oily food should be avoided. Food older than one day should not be consumed. You should try to have as much fresh as you can.
(4) The water consumed should be fresh pure. If you don’t have filters like Aqua guard etc. installed on your home then at least try to boil your water. Boiling removes most of the bacteria and germs.
(5) Try to add more of roughage and salads to your diet and meal. This not only adds bulk to the food but also maintains water level in the body.
(6) If you feel any symptoms like diarrhoea or vomiting then have ORS solutions 2-3 times a day. If the condition worsens then visit your nearby doctor.
