How I Gave Up My Bad Food Habits

How my habits spolied my health.
I want to share my experience with you all readers here regarding my food habits. Since I was a working mom so used to not get enough time in my daily routine to look after my eating habits. I ate what I felt like. In the morning I usually skipped breakfast and went down the stairs running instead of going in the lift to run after my cab. Then in the office also I used to eat 2-3 small packs of glucose busicuits, drink 4-5 cups of coffee or tea. Then used to sit on the chair the whole day. I had become a bit lazy. Since I was not eating anything that was good for health and my activities hav easlo ceased so I was getting lethargic. Besides I have put on weight also. The overall effect of this was that I could not play with my daughter. I always felt tired. Then I realised I should do something in this regard. I had got addicted to the glucose buiscuits. First of all I thought to reduce its quanitity of intake. I first reduced it to one packet, then half packet,, then four buiscuits, then 2,1......in this way I stopped this habit. Similarly for tea also I did the same thing. I reduced the quantitiy to 3, 2, 1 and then fully stopped. Then I started drinking more water, juice, fuits, salads, ate only 1 chappati with vegetables in the lunch. I included some sort of exercises like brisk walking, hands rotation, stair climbing in the office.
This way I got successful in giving up food habits which were not good for health. Now I have started feeling more energetic and felt like my daughter.
