You are what you feel

What a beautiful and cool air!! What a beautiful scene! What a nice place this is!! These are compliments which one gives when he feels nice about something and he is happy. Happiness is a state of mind. One feels that his mind says. His mind should be free of all the tensions. Life is full of tensions. If one starts bother about little things in his life then they get accumulated and leads to depression. If depression is not diagnosed at time then brain haemorrhage can be caused. Life is beautiful only till then you are healthy. If you are not healthy then you can not feel healthy.
Today’s hectic life has mad man very less health conscious. He has become more money oriented and less health conscious. This has lead to many diseases in today’s societies like depression, loneliness, diabetes, high blood pressure. Etc. So In order to avoid all this and feel better one has to involve certain practices in his busy schedule like exercise, yoga, walking etc. Only you should never forget that what you feel is how you live.
