Few Health tips for women

Mostly women get so busy in their domestic and professional life that they start ignoring their health. In this blog I am writing few tips for women whom they can count very useful for their overall health:
(1) Avoid standing in a position for a long time. This causes cramps in your body. To avoid this rotate your foot in clockwise position and then anticlockwise position. This relaxes your foot and relives from the pain.
(2) Stand in a position facing towards the wall. Stand still and put your hands on the wall. Then bend your body towards the wall. Press your body against the floor. This relaxes your body.
(3) Have at least 8-9 glasses of water in your daily routine. Water is the solution of almost all the body problems. Water can also cure cramping problems.
(4) If suffering with headache take bath with warm water. Sometimes warm water removes tiredness.
(5) Do at least 20 minutes of cardiovascular exercise daily. If can not go to a gym then can do brisk walking also. Brisk walking also burns around same quantity of calories as the aerobics do.
(6) If possible then prepare the menu for different days on the day of your leave. Like on Sunday you can prepare the menu of the food that you will make in the weak days.
(7) Brushing your teeth when craves for sweets is the best solution to prevent yourself from taking any sweets.
(8) Your daily diet should constitute of at least 3-4 servings of fruits and vegetables. Green vegetables contain chlorophyll which is a natural mouthwash and prevents teeth from decaying and bad breathing.
(9) Roughage in your food prevents constipation and stomach related disorders. It is found in food like, carrots, radish, onion etc. One more benefit of roughage is that it adds bulk to the food so one feels fuller and takes less food. This aids in weight loss.
(10) Apply face packs on your skin. If readymade are not available then prepare your own home based packs. Few home based home packs are like honey, besan, gram floor, orange juice, papaya, neem etc.
(11) Visit parlour regularly. Apart from facial do pedicure and manicure also there. Clean your nails. Many diseases are caused due to bad nails also.
(12) As the body ages the bones also gets weaker. The chances of your bones fracture also increases. So include iron and calcium rich diet or supplements in your daily routine..
(13) If trying to weight loss, herbal tea can also be proved useful.
(14) If have problem then avoid wearing high heel shoes. Otherwise it can cause foot related diseases.
(15) In the night before sleeping take bath with oil immersed warm water. This removes the body pain and tiredness.
