Morning walk or exercise

Morning walk is the best exercise one can involve in the daily routine. The cool, fresh oxygen rich air in the morning is good for lungs.  This can cure many diseases and provide lifelong health benefits. Only, 20 minutes of walking is sufficed if done on regular basis.

Those who are suffering with joint and knee pains, morning walk is like a medicine. The more you walk the more your joints and knee will work for you.

Points to be taken care before starting exercise.

(1) Do not eat an hour before walking. You stomach should be empty. Instead, you can have an apple or other light food. You can have 2-3 glasses of warm water 15-20 minutes prior of morning walk.

(2) Buy a pair of good shoes. As most of your body weight falls on your foot so if shoes are not good then your feet can feel pain.

(3) The road chosen for walk should not be crowded. The polluted area should be avoided. Search for a park nearby full of greenery.

(4) Do not panic if you cannot do morning walk. If you are not able to run for a long time in an attempt then can divide into sections. Walk for 10 minutes then rest. Continue this till your body gets stamina, as body also takes time to adapt itself to the new changes

(5) Strict to the routine and be regular to get the maximum results.
