Sitting on chair for a long

Since most of the offices have got computerised so everythingi is done sitting on the chair. One does not move from his chair. He jsut orders or dials a phone numebr if wants anything. Most of his time is spending on the chair. It appears that he and his chair are in love with each other. This is fine till nothing serious happens. Serious means any disease or something. In such conditions when the person moves less than he is needed then it can cause to weight loss. Weight loss is usually accompained by other problems like heart attack, diabities in a long run if not taken care initially. So it is a best practice to move a little atlease after regular intervals in office rather than siting for a long. You can do some sort of stretching, bending also. Go to your colleague if you have any task with him rather than calling him on the phone. Use stairs in the office and park you car at a little more distance from your office so that you can move little more. This is beneficial to you all who spend most of their precious time while sitting on one place. So stand up and make few movements in your body...
