Laughter threapy

In today's word the man has got so much busy that he even does not get time for laughing. He does everything for the sake of earning but often forgets to laugh even at a small thing too. He even doesn not think of smiling a bit. This is really a sign of tension and to be think about. When you start feeling that your time is consumed towards your work and you do not get time to laugh then start thinking yourself once again. This is a critical point. One needs to take personal care also. We all should adpot few exercises and movements in our daily routine to remain fit and healthy. Laughing is also one of the exercise. It utilizes our body muscles and increases the flow of blood in our body. This makes heart to work. So instead of frowning and loosing your energy in getting angry try to avoid such things and start laughing. Laughing is the best exercise that you can involve in your daily life
