It is said that giving birth to a baby is a kind of incarnation. She has to go through a huge pain while delivering a baby. So in order to keep the same mental and physical fitness which one had pre delivery then post delivery yoga exercises should be involved in life style.

Benefits of post delivery yoga exercises:
(1) It helps in reducing the weight.
(2) The yoga keeps the hormones in place.
(3) Maintains blood sugar and blood pressure also.
(4) A lot of hormonal changes in the body produce depression in women post delivery so exercising yoga helps in coping that.
