Benefits of apple

It’s a very old saying”An apple a day keeps the doctor away.” Some people say it jokingly but if seen then it’s not a joke. Have you ever wondered how this small fruit can keep a doctor away? So let see how this apple can make you live longer and healthy.
Benefits of apple:
(1) Apple is a rich source of iron. The iron helps in making blood which removes anaemia and tiredness.
(2) Apple is good for building your teeth. It strengthens your gums also.
(3) Apple is a rich source of fibre in itself. So taking apple helps digestion.
(4) Since it helps in digestion so apples removes constipation from the body.

It is clear that apple is useful for health in many ways but it is also important how you eat it. Tips on how to use it are:
(1) Try to eat apple as a whole. Do not remove the outer body of apple as it is rich in fibre and iron content.
(2) Since apple is rich in iron content so has tendency to react with air in open. So keep them refrigerated at a low temperature.
(3) Once the apple is cut, its skin gets brownish. In order to prevent this rub the outer skin of apple with a little lemon and water.
(4) While buying feel the body of the apple. If its soft and your can pinch it and break easily then do not buy it. If it is hard to break with hands then go for this.
