Have a Healthy Life!!!

Doing exercise is a great thing one can do to his body. As it not only helps you maintain your weight but makes your mind healthy and happy too. But few tips you need to take care of while doing exercise which are :
(1) First of all you should check with your medical practitioner or doctor before starting any exercise regime whether you can start it or not. Moreover if the exercise is of intense nature and you have any sort of disease, recent surgery or accidents then consulting your doctor becomes unavoidable.
(2) Remember to warm up and stretch your body before exercising. This accelerates your body temperature to a little high and also makes your body ready for the exercise.
(3) Do make sure to drink enough water throughout your exercise. As exercising looses water from your body so try to drink water in every 15 minutes.
(4) Choose suitable shoes and dressings for exercise. The dress should not be too tight or loose. It should be just comfortable enough to pass air through your body. Since most of the body weight falls on the foot so always put right foot forward.
(5) When your exercise session is off then do not stop exercising all of a sudden. Make it slowly to stop as your body needs sometime to come into initial position.
(6) After stopping exercises do some stretching of your body parts also.
