Tips for Beautiful skin

The skin is the first thing that comes in contact with the surroundings. The sun, pollution, dust etc., leave their first effect on the skin. It becomes essential for everyone to follow some skin cleansing and toning steps to revitalise their skin daily.

Few of the steps are:
(1) First of all drink at least 8-9 glasses of water daily. Our body is made up of 75% of water which is needed for the transportation of food, blood etc. inside the body. We loose a lot of water while working out, exercise, sweating, so it becomes important to make up that water loss in the body.
(2) Second step is cleansing your face. For this use any face wash that you like or any soap that suits your skin. Ready made cleansers are also available in the market prepared to take care of skin type. Cleansing opens the pores of the skin.
(3) After cleansing comes exfoliating. Use any exfoliaters available in the market or use salt with sugar in milk. This removes dead skin of the face.
(4) Then comes face pack. If readymade face packs are not available then you can use any home made face pack also. If you have papaya at home that would be the best. The papaya has enzymes which vitalises your skin. You can use banana, orange peel face pack etc. The benefits of face packs are
(1) It supplies your skin with the minerals, nutrients that it is lacking
(2) It leaves your skin fresh and beautiful
(3) Some face packs are anti-fungal like one which is made up of neem. If you use that on your skin that your spots can get reduced and helps in the prevention of pimples and spot production.
(4) Some packs made up of papaya, banana etc. has enzymes which remove the dead skin of your face and give a glow to it. Use any pack but leave it till it dries it own.
(5) Last step is toning. Use any ready made toner from the market suited for your skin. Oily skin needs oil free toner. You can use rose water also for toning your skin
(6) Do not sit in front of the computer or Television for a long time. This can strain your eyes and weakens your eye muscles.
(7) Not your face but take care of your other parts also like elbow, knees back, shoulder etc. Exfoliate them also and apply face packs on to them.
(8) Last but not the least do some hair exercises also. Brush and comb your hair scalp continuously 50-60 times at lease. This increases the blood circulation.
